Faye No. 80 is our roast of honor, a tribute to the women who brought the love of coffee into our family and to everyone who has ever passed that love down to someone else.
To honor them, we chose one of the rarest coffees in the world. Faye No. 80 is a 100% Geisha from the misty highlands of Boquete, Panama, where coffee grows above 4,000 feet on the slopes of Volcán Barú. Cool mountain air slows the ripening of each cherry, and every one is handpicked at its peak and carefully processed to protect its delicate character.
In the cup, Faye No. 80 opens with fragrant jasmine and bright hibiscus tea, followed by sweet blueberry and a touch of bergamot, then settles into a smooth milk chocolate finish. It's elegant, layered, and unforgettable, refined enough for a special moment and comforting enough to feel like home.
